We love out surveillance camera system. We recommend this to anyone who has problems with breakins or problem children in the neighborhood. Very easy to hook up.

My dad's been wanting a security monitoring system for a very long time and we finally decided on this model. We ordered from the Sam's Club website and received it with no problems. Installation was simple. The monitor was very noisy. We situated the monitor in the kitchen and I had to keep my bedroom door closed otherwise the "buzzing" would bother me. We have one camera in the front of the house, two mounted on each side of the garage, and one in the back yard.
Night vision was horrible. You can barely make out anything and as the days passed, the video feed slowly got worse and worse. Video from the daytime was ok. After three months, two of the four cameras died.
Customer service was prompt in responding to emails. They issued an RMA and replaced the monitor and two defective cameras and connectors on the back of the monitor. However, the date and time stamp on the monitor were reversed. We then noticed that the complete video feed was mirrored. I emailed customer service stating they repaired it wrong, and the same representative informed me that it was actually a brand new replacement. I told her I wasn't paying for the return shipping and the company paid for a return shipping label.
We have it set up again. We noticed that they replaced the monitor once more because it's not a black box, but a GRAY one now. Video feed at night is not the greatest, but I'm not returning it again unless the video gets worse.
Do NOT recommend.
very nice item but slightly hard to setup(as remote) and support was only good until i had problems.Feb 11, 2010
as i said great product but when i got issues with the remote viewing(over the net) cuz it kinda gets pretty technical, i called them and the lady was very nice n helpfull.....i subsequently had issues with my home internet and when i called back they refused to ttake ownership of the issue and/or help with it.

Easy setup, decent picture quality - I love that you can use a mouse to navigate the DVR menus. I researched quite a few systems and this came out on top as far as bang for the buck. Yet to install it completely, but so far, so good!

Well, after just 5 months, 2 of the cameras have gone out. Not good. Attempting to contact the company for replacements, will update this review accordingly.
