I had a great review ready, but Amazon's server determined to convert it to a non-responsive picture file, and I deleted the original...AND
I HATE "do-overs", so I'll make this short.
It came 3-days EARLY, and the driver even helped get it into the house (no complaints there, for-sure!).
This chair does a great job, but support is practically non-existent...
They give you a phone number in huge, blue letters, but no one answers.
If you are lucky-enough to get through, you'll find the people there don't even know about this product,and ask "Are you sure you have the right number? We know nothing about any massage chair" replete with long hold-times while they "check" with superiors, etc, etc...
The on-line "chat" produced people who knew, but were curt and "extremely busy".
I terminated the chat when the guy just stopped responding.
SO, I would suggest that before you buy this chair, call Pure Therapy (ShopTronics) and see-if they "fixed" their customer support yet.
This chair looks-like it's a re-branded Repose 100, and has some added features, with others deleted (like selctable timer), and looks better in straight black without the penny arcade graphics so-prevalent with most massage chairs, except Human Touch.
All things considered, I got a great value with a Demo sold as "used", and am extremely happy with the results so-far.
I'm a gearhead, and plan to fix this chair myself if it breaks.
There's no-way I could repack it and send it 2000 miles for service!
The R/T freight charges (230 pounds) and repacking would never be worth the hassle.

I bought this chair recently and it's been great! A large variety of settings...shiatsu, kneading, etc. It also has a full recline which is an added bonus. Not too bulky so it can fit into most spaces without any difficulty. Easy to operate. A must have!
